Eastside Pavilion

Project Description

The Riverside Pavilion project transforms an abandoned waterfront space into a vibrant community hub. This modern structure features floor-to-ceiling glass walls that blur the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces, creating an immersive experience that connects visitors with the natural beauty of the riverfront. Sustainable materials and energy-efficient systems were integrated throughout the design, earning the pavilion LEED Gold certification. The multipurpose interior accommodates events, exhibitions, and educational programs, while the surrounding landscape incorporates native plantings and public seating areas.
